It was a Manufacturing Failure, as GM NEVER planned to build the car in Volume, so No Economies of Scale were ever achieved. Toyota Prius modders have already been adding larger batteries so the vehicle can run on battery power. So, Cut the Volt, but Cut the Corvette and Camaro, and America will be GREENER and Better Off!
