Toyota Prius modders have already been adding larger batteries so the vehicle can run on battery power. they only developed it because California forced them with the 0 emission law, and the MOMENT the car and oil lobbyist and lawyers were able to kill the car, GM recalled every EV1 and destroyed them. Way to go morons.
