It will appear in Europe next year as the Opel Ampera and in Australia as the Holden Volt in 2012. To get the most mileage, one could not have the radio, the A/C, or the headlights on. Think of driving any vehicle in the hot Los Angeles summer time. South Korea did that and Australia is going to be doing that.
