So far Israel, Denmark, Australia , Hawaii and California’s Bay Area have plans to implement the Better Place model. Electric cars in the garages would double as battery packs for when energy supplies are scarce. The best part? Battery recharging would typically take two to four hours, he said. The elegance of that is wonderful.
