EPA is soliciting peer review scientific feedback to ensure that the rule when finalized contains the best available science. The peer review is looking at the issues that have gotten the most attention. It must also achieve a lifecycle GHG emission reduction of at least 60%, compared to the gasoline or diesel fuel it displaces.
