The proposed rulemaking for RFS2 establishes new specific volume standards for cellulosic biofuel, biomass-based diesel, advanced biofuel, and total renewable fuel that must be used in transportation fuel each year. It will also conduct a workshop on 10-11 June 2009 at the Dupont Hotel to present details of the lifecycle GHG analysis.
