South Carolina Vehicle Conversion Centers Roll Out First Round of Propane Autogas Vehicles

Greenville County, South Carolina and Light’N’Up, deployed 15 propane Autogas vehicles last month as part of a large-scale, Recovery Act-funded alternative fuel vehicle project in the Southeast United States. Greenville County and Light’N’Up are two of nine conversion centers participating in the project.

SEAT pushes forward with CNG line-up

In normal driving scenarios, SEAT’s CNG vehicles only use gasoline as an alternative fuel when the CNG tanks are empty, although with significant gas ranges, the need to use gasoline should be infrequent. SEAT’s most efficient compact car has been upgraded to deliver 130PS of power versus the 110PS previously available.
