The investment consists of an initial investment and additional purchases of CRI equity over a 3-year period. The Ministry of Environmental Protection is planning a forcible emission standard for methanol-fueled light-duty vehicles, in which carbonyl pollution will be legislatively capped and the limit value is under discussion.
