It is possible to use gasoline C made with hydrated ethanol (AEHC) with minimum risk of phase separation due to Brazilian climate conditions. Hydrous ethanol has been used in the United States as a transportation fuel for at least one hundred years. The Model T Ford, which debuted in 1908, was originally designed to operate on alcohol.
