They leased a few (at a loss) to those that could afford it. Blending the MPG of SUVs and small cars understates the real consumption and rewards automakers for building gas hogs and unsafe micro cars which makes people want to buy "safe" gas hogs. Haul or tow -- buy a Silverado. Forget the black helicopter conspiracies.
