Provisional agreement reached on European CO2 standards for heavy-duty trucks; 30% lower by 2030

Under the agreement, emissions from new trucks will have to be 15% lower by 2025 and 30% lower in 2030 compared to 2019 emissions. The European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association (ACEA) is the Brussels-based trade association of the 15 major car, van, truck and bus producers in Europe.
