The Sustainable Communities and Climate Protection Act of 2008, Senate Bill (SB) 375, was passed into law in 2008. in 2017, the Legislature tasked the California Air Resources Board (CARB) with issuing a report every four years analyzing the progress made under SB 375 pursuant to SB 150. —“2018 Progress Report”.
