Euro 6 for diesel cars and vans (widely available since 2016). Euro 3 for motorcycles and mopeds (widely available since 2007). The Mayor is providing further support through scrapping the fee for drivers to sign up to Auto-Pay for the ULEZ and Congestion Charge. Vehicles that do not meet the standards must pay a £12.50
