A 10 ppm average gasoline sulfur limit is likely in the US by the fall of 2015, while we expect Beijing to implement a 10 ppm limit as early as 2012. Overall, the majority of countries are moving toward low-sulfur, cleaner fuels. —Kiuru-Griffith, Executive Director of IFQC.
