UPS announced an update to 125 Workhorse E-GEN series hybrid electric delivery trucks that improve fuel economy as part of the company’s broader Rolling Laboratory approach. The smaller engine will improve fuel economy, however. In March of 2015, AMP formally changed its name to Workhorse Group Incorporated.

Honda gave the all-new 2016 Honda Pilot SUV its global premiere at the 2015 Chicago Auto Show. Honda VCM deactivates the cylinder by using its VTEC (Variable Valve Timing and Lift Electronic Control) technology to keep the intake and exhaust valves in the closed position to halt fuel supply. This contributes to improved fuel economy.
