OK, so gas prices are hovering around $4 a gallon, and dispensing with gasoline altogether is getting more and more attractive. Maybe it's the limited range of battery electric vehicles, maybe it's the $41,000 cost before incentives of the 2011 Chevy Volt. But for whatever reasons, plug-in cars aren't for you.
