Our neighborhood is called the “Hollywood Riviera&# because of its beautiful hillside homes with idyllic ocean views framed by palm trees. In 2001 she terminated our grass lawns and replaced them with drought tolerant plants because of her concerns for water use. That’s about a 25% reduction.
