I imagine there will be tax incentives to build green generators when were at that stage. In May 2000, Austin Energy planned to reduce nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions by 40% at its Decker and Holly power plants, from 1700 tons per year to less than 1000tpy by 2003. However, I dont welcome this news. excluding coal power in china.

Engineering proptypes enjoy a tax break. Companies can not sell engineering prototypes in which the company got R&D tax breaks in developing the product. In one of those alternative realities Al Gore got elected President in 2000 and because he understood what was happening with CO2 and other greenhouse gas emissions he made cutting emissions, and developing renewable and clean energy sources our country’s focus and goals. Too few people give a shit about that title. .
