Caroline Reichert, an RWE spokeswoman, noted that the idea here is to ensure that "a car can be recharged in Italy in exactly the same way as in Denmark, Germany or France." The "normal plug" idea doesnt neccessarily work dude. That being said, even a car that derives its energy from coal power plants would be far more clean.
