The concept behind V2G had gained traction in the late 1990s after California’s landmark zero-emission-vehicle (ZEV) mandate went into effect and compelled automakers to commercialize electric cars. AC Propulsion’s experiment was timely.

A distance of 923 km using DC fast charging infrastructure. Chatted up with a few curious cabbies and did the electric math with them. The computer of the car is connected all the time, even when you push the power off switch. All the connectors were checked, and all seemed to be well fitted.
