The Korean car company will remind you it is not a minivan but an MPV or Multi-Purpose Vehicle. With those words it hopes to remove the stigma of people saying “I will never own a minivan.”. In my continuing quest to show that electric cars can ferry adventurous families just as well as gas-guzzling minivans and Tahoes, I can now say from experience that this holds true during the “new normal” of the pandemic. As a broad outline, we traveled from Sunnyvale, CA to Seaside, OR, which is roughly 750 miles each way.

Lucid Gravity follows efficiency approach of Air sedan 450 miles of EPA range, 3.4-sec. My inner g-sensors were reeling and I kept glancing into the rearview mirrorat two more spacious, minivan-like rows behind, which is what got me all turned around. But the Gravity drives like no minivan Ive ever been in. I dont disagree.
