One wonders if the recent headway at MIT in building lithium ion cells using ?virus? It was a Manufacturing Failure, as GM NEVER planned to build the car in Volume, so No Economies of Scale were ever achieved. South Korea did that and Australia is going to be doing that. Forget the black helicopter conspiracies.
