"The Volt is a case study. One wonders if the recent headway at MIT in building lithium ion cells using ?virus? If our country is going to spend money like a drunk sailor we should have spent it on building renewable energy power plants like Wind and Geothermal. And that means it doesnt necessarily pay the rent.
