Norway’s auto market saw plugin EV volume explode to take 87.6% December’s combined plugin share of 87.6% Plugin hybrids (PHEVs) took just 4.8% are now seeing increased costs in the range of €2,500 to €4,000. BEVs saw pull-forward sales, with volume around 2.5x share, their lowest for many years.
