After visiting with Nogales International newspaper staff, Reporter Denise Holley, EVJerr and the "Spirit" headed over to Nogales High School in order to link up with Automotive Instructor, Ruben Verdugo and his Class. After all, if the US Stimulus Package program could do "Cash for Clunkers," then why not "Cash for Conversions!".

Since the general auto market remained slumped, global EV market share increased nicely from 2.8% in 2019 to 4% in 2020.
