FTA awarding $55M to 10 projects deploying battery-electric and fuel-cell buses

Sunline Transit Agency, in partnership with the Southern California Association of Governments, will receive funding to build and deploy five hydrogen electric hybrid fuel cell buses. DTA provides approximately 3 million rides per year throughout St. Louis County in northeast Minnesota. 54,469,249.

US DOE Awards $300 Million in Clean Cities Grants to Support Alternative Fuels, Vehicles, and Infrastructure Development

Infrastructure to be deployed includes three CNG stations, one combined B20/CNG/Electric station, one L/CNG station, one hydrogen station, and seven electric chargers. New vehicles to be deployed include 55 CNG vehicles, 363 propane vehicles, 89 hybrid electric vehicles, and 56 neighborhood electric vehicles.
