The aim of the product is to produce a high power electrical storage system for hybrid racing cars that can achieve deep levels of discharge without degrading its performance. The motor and flywheel will rotate at up to 60,000RPM with a small electric pump occasionally used to top up the vacuum so no regular maintenance is needed.
