Excellent fuel economy, nice styling, low price and an excellent warranty. Low-cost but not cheap. When the engine is winding-out at the highest rpms it can be bit noisy. The zippy linier acceleration helps the Rio get around town, but the low horsepower and torque have their upside limits. Drivetrain.
