Its current lineup consists of unique builds such as eco-friendly liquid snow removal vehicles, water cannon trucks, and even “protest suppression vehicles.”

South Korea did that and Australia is going to be doing that. You guys go ahead and buy your 40 mile per charge GM golf cart. And with broadband, government builds the roads, they build the water and sewer systems, I tend to think our communications network should be one of those utilities as well.
