It was a Manufacturing Failure, as GM NEVER planned to build the car in Volume, so No Economies of Scale were ever achieved. A simple, clean, efficient EV that wont run out of juice because of its on-board gas generator. You guys go ahead and buy your 40 mile per charge GM golf cart. WTF do they need ANOTHER $10.3B
