The installation or acquisition of infrastructure necessary to directly support an alternative fueled vehicle or advanced technology vehicle is also eligible. Marine applications and locomotives are not eligible under this FOA, nor are prototype or novelty vehicles, golf carts, snowmobiles and other off-road recreational or sport vehicles.
