Then consider that in order to actually go any farther than the neighbood store, one still had to have ANOTHER car. Yes GM will lose $ on the Volt, just like the first Insights or Priuss, but unlike Toyota or Honda, they just cant afford to wait for it to catch on and become profitable. run the hardware store and buy a new one.
