Global investment in renewable power and fuels (excluding large hydro-electric projects) was $270.2 There were seven billion-dollar-plus financings of offshore wind projects, boosting the investment totals for the Netherlands, the UK and Germany. Oil and renewables do not directly compete for power investment dollars.
