ŠKODA collaborates with IBG ?esko on second-life battery energy storage system; up to 328 kWh

So far, 160 pre-orders have been received from dealers in the Czech Republic, Germany, the Netherlands and Slovakia. The system has a total capacity of up to 328 kWh, which can be used to supply fast-charging stations with a transmission power of up to 150 kW. The battery systems are financed through municipal or state subsidies.

European Fast-E project launches; 278 fast-charging points in Germany and Belgium

The Fast-E project, co-financed by the European Union and nine companies, has officially launched , with the objective of installing 241 fast-charging charging stations in Germany and 37 in Belgium. A sister project between the Czech Republic and Slovakia will add another 30 charging stations.
