The four-door sedan will deliver 40 miles on a charge; a small gasoline engine will recharge the battery as it approaches depletion, extending its range by as much as 200 miles. If you build a car as a "kit car" with no real factory, then yes, it will never be an economic success. 150 miles is fine more. check your facts.
