For years now, inventors and sellers of electric car conversion kits have been blasting traditional automakers for not providing the 100 m.p.g. Now, of course, Bright Automotive is ready to unveil the IDEA, with the expectation it will have 50,000 ready for sale in 2013. Waters, it turns out, learned a lot during his days in Detroit.
