As part of the transaction, ABB will have two representatives appointed to ECOtality’s Board of Directors. In addition, ECOtality and ABB have formed a manufacturing agreement establishing ABB as the preferred supplier of ECOtality’s power electronics and component parts in North America.

This is the first of 12 Cracker Barrel locations statewide that will install DC Fast Chargers as a part of The EV Project. The project is a public-private partnership, funded in part by the US Department of Energy through a federal stimulus grant and made possible by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
