Fuel cell cars should be plug-in hybrids so that the fuel cell is used only for extended range, and the fuel cell stack and hydrogen storage can be smaller. How about a car-mounted wind-generator? We wont know how dealers will respond to service requests until we start driving converted cars. What about battery safety?
