This will make the Canter Eco Hybrid the first series-produced truck of its class to be manufactured in Europe (in Tramagal, Portugal). The conventional diesel-drive Canter contributes its 4P10 turbocharged four-cylinder 3-liter diesel engine, which delivers 110 kW (150 hp) and a maximum torque of 370 N·m (273 lb-ft) at 1320-2840 rpm.
