Lutz, who retired earlier this year, called the car Detroits "moon shot" and an attempt to wrest the mantle of innovation back from the Japanese. Considering how much GM plugs we do 80% of our driving in the city, those highway miles dont get much use. AND the Detroit car companies were laughing.
