The twin faux exhaust ports on the lower rear fascia actually don’t look too bad, and the star-patterned 19-inch machined alloy wheels look great. Because of this we don’t address issues such as long-term reliability or total cost of ownership. Big props to Volkswagen for not slapping black brush guards on the fender arches.

The XC60 Recharge comes standard with eAWD and an Off-Road drive mode setting, but don’t confuse it with the likes of a Land Rover, Range Rover, Bronco or Jeep. The rear fascia and bumper are body color, and the exhaust tips are tucked underneath. If towing, the maximum weight is 3,500 pounds. Very clean.
