Let’s consider a simple example, say an EV conversion that has a 120V pack and a range of around 30 miles. An EV like this would need to store 6KWHrs of power in the batteries if we assume the system is 100% efficient. A vehicle with a 200 mile range like the Tesla Roadster would easily be able to do the trip with one recharge.
