A PHEV can provide power to an entire home in the case of an outage; A fleet of PHEVs could power critical systems during emergencies. PHEV conversions are emerging at a frenzied rate (see the frequency of CalCars-News postings), to the point where its no longer feasible to track every instance of a PHEV.
