The governors of 8 states—California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island and Vermont—have signed a memorandum of understanding ( MoU ) to take specific actions to put 3.3 There are already more than 6,700 charging stations open to the public in the signatory states. —Mary Nichols.
