Honda announced recently the CR-V e:FCEV compact crossover will be available combining both hydrogen and a plug-in battery in 2025. (It Connectivity is through multiple USB-C ports. A maintenance-free car for about $21,000 sounds pretty enticing. It previously sold the fuel cell only FCX, Clarity FCX and Clarity FCEV.

They even had a real plug connected to their toy car on the exhibit hall. But what did surprise this reporter was the absence of Honda, Toyota, BYD, and a lot of the other players listed on the Plug-In America car tracker. Fleet vehicles typically get crappy mileage and cost the fleet owners too much money in fuel and maintenance.
