GM says it is already looking ahead to the next generation of Volt-based vehicles — it unveiled the Cadillac Converj concept in January — and says costs will come down as the technology spreads to more models. Ill never purchase one again, no matter what the mpgs. We are addicted to the gasoline tax both at the State and Federal level.
