Lutz is a man given to hyperbole — called global warming "a crock of shit" — but in this case, hes right. But GM says it wont get the money until the Obama administration is satisfied the company is financially viable. Gotta love a company that blows nearly 2 billion a year on PR and advertising! It is 12 years later.
