That way you have a fair basis of comparison, you know, apples to apples and all that jazz. If our country is going to spend money like a drunk sailor we should have spent it on building renewable energy power plants like Wind and Geothermal. We should have built more Nuclear power plants and created a nuclear waste recycling program.
