Having already established working relationships in Tennessee; Oregon; Phoenix and Tucson Arizona; as well as Sonoma County and San Diego in California; the Renault-Nissan Alliance will now be working with Seattle to add recharging stations for electric vehicles.

The Renault-Nissan Alliance is building fleet charging stations in Portland and Phoenix. The electricity for recharging has to come from somewhere, which means power plants. There is significant cause vs. effect debate on CO2. The Chevy Volt is going to count on an overnight charge from a standard wall outlet. We have oil!
