Engineering proptypes enjoy a tax break. Companies can not sell engineering prototypes in which the company got R&D tax breaks in developing the product. We should have built more Nuclear power plants and created a nuclear waste recycling program. We are addicted to the gasoline tax both at the State and Federal level.
